Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Timeframe: Eligible products can be returned or exchanged within 2 days of the delivery date.

  • Conditions for Returns:

    • Genuine Quality Issues: Returns accepted for defects or quality issues with the product.

    • Lost Packages: Returns accepted if your package is lost during transit.

    • Wrong Item Shipped: Returns accepted if we have mistakenly sent you the wrong item.

Returns Not Accepted in the Following Situations:

  • Incorrect Delivery Address: Returns not accepted if the delivery address provided is incorrect or outdated.

  • Incorrect Address Format: Returns not accepted if the address format provided is incorrect.

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: Returns not accepted after three unsuccessful delivery attempts by our courier.

  • Package Refused by Recipient: Returns not accepted if the package is refused by the recipient.

  • Sizing Issues: Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.

  • Used or Damaged Returns: Products must be returned in unworn and original condition.

  • Non-Faulty Items: Returns not accepted for items that are not faulty or damaged.

Free Return Shipping:

  • One-time free return shipping for your initial return or exchange.

  • Subsequent returns or exchanges will incur shipping charges borne by the customer.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate Return: Log into your Brand Account to raise a return request or contact our Customer Care team.

  2. Approval: Your return request must be approved by our Customer Care team.

  3. Damaged/Wrong Item: In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or wrong item, email us a photo of the damaged product with the tags within 7 days of receiving your order.

  4. Return Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange for a return pick-up at your doorstep.

  5. Condition: Items must be unworn and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  6. Refund: Refunds will be issued in the form of online store credit only, usable for future purchases at LeDiora.com.

Refund and Exchange Details:

  • Refund Options: You will receive a full refund for the purchase price of your returned item(s), excluding any original shipping charges, in the form of store credit only.

  • Exchange Options: Exchanges are available for damaged items in transit, missing from the box, or if you received a different product.

    • Provide an unboxing video while opening the package and keep all items, including the invoice and tags, in their original condition.

    • Price differences will be handled accordingly (customer charged for more expensive items, store credit issued for less expensive items).

Exceptions:

  • Final Sale Items: Some items may be marked as "final sale" and cannot be returned or exchanged. Clearly marked on the product page.

  • Right to Deny: We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet the outlined conditions.
